We hire go-getters, and seek diverse talent and motivated individuals, and we are committed to creating a vibrant and successful team.About the Role RPR is seeking a Vice President, Real Estate with an entrepreneurial spirit, superior writing skills, and an energy devoted to helping companies develop strategic communications campaigns. The VP should be passionate about real estate, PropTech, and ancillary real estate services. The successful candidate must also be highly experienced to generate crossover media exposure, and provide strategic counsel to clients and leadership, effectively demonstrating both a collaborative and independent work ethic. This is an in-office role Monday through Thursday at our Midtown Manhattan office. Fridays are remote.ResponsibilitiesCreate and implement on-point strategic communications programsFoster and maintain a professional rapport with current and potential clientsDevelop impactful story angles, and produce written materials that consistently secure top-tier coverage in online, trade, print, broadcast, and online media outletsExecute high-impact media exposure, consistently produce high-quality internal and external communications contentPossess an unwavering attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, bringing a sense of urgency to the task at hand with a proactive attitudeDeliver outstanding client service, relevant written materials, as well as providing both strategic counsel and hands-on resultsDemonstrate expertise in navigating challenging situations in partnership with senior executivesOversee operational performance of accounts, ensuring quality work with deadline and budget adherenceProvide guidance and mentorship to junior level staff supervising quality and performance and ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly definedActively participate in new business efforts and seek opportunities to grow assigned accounts and source new opportunitiesQualifications8+ years at a New York PR or marketing agency ideally working in real estate. In-house real estate experience will also be consideredBS/BA in public relations, marketing, business communications, or related fieldStrong media contacts and excellent writing skillsProven ability to create media plans from concept and follow through to placementExemplary communication, leadership/supervisory skills with the ability to multitaskMeet tight deadlines without compromising qualitySuccessfully deliver exceptional communications to identified target marketsPossess a creative and energetic personalityProficient knowledge of commercial real estate and rental marketsAt Rubenstein PR we prioritize diversity.
