Our growing, dynamic team invites you to bring your unique talents to lead and inspire a high-performing SDR team.What will you do at Sweep?As the SDR Team Lead, you'll balance strategic leadership with hands-on contribution. You'll coach and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives while driving initiatives that optimize the pipeline and fuel revenue growth.Lead, hire, mentor, and manage a team of SDRs to meet and exceed performance targets.Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development plans to enable SDRs to grow in their roles and beyond.Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize lead generation and qualification processes.Monitor team activity and pipeline metrics to ensure alignment with revenue goals.Develop and implement strategies to improve outreach, lead conversion, and team productivity.Analyze and refine workflows and outreach techniques, leveraging data-driven insights.Engage in high-value prospecting efforts, setting the standard for the team.Help refine messaging and sales techniques to increase SDR effectiveness.Work closely with sales and marketing leadership to align SDR goals with broader company objectives.Act as a bridge between the SDR team and other departments, ensuring a seamless lead handoff process.We are looking for:3+ years in a B2B SDR or sales role, with 1+ years in a leadership capacity.Proven ability to lead a team to success, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Deep understanding of inbound, outbound, and product-led growth (PLG) sales development strategies.Skilled in storytelling and building resonance with Salesforce users, RevOps leaders, and CIOs.Thrives on setting strategy while staying actively engaged in day-to-day prospecting efforts.Strong analytical mindset, using data to inform decisions and optimize team performance.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for team building.Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.The OTE for this Sales Development Team Lead role is $140,000-$180,000 per year, including base salary, performance incentives, equity, and benefits.
