Change Management Coordinator

Our client is looking for an IT focused Change Management Coordinator This is a long term contract that is hybrid 3 days per week in Chicago. No Third parties. Responsibilities: Assist on OCM efforts for small to medium change initiativesSupports larger, transformational efforts through creation of key deliverables, messaging, and related change activitiesHelps enable OCM practices through participation and contribution to IT's OCM Center of ExcellenceCreate/develop related change deliverables (including, but not limited to champion networks, communications, branding/marketing, and training)Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant work experience in business readiness, leading change management, functional training, organizational design, communications or organizational development, project leadership and/or management consultingExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent active listening skills.Understanding of how people go through change and the change process. Familiarity with and understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
