This individual will play a critical role in developing & implementing our People Strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling organizations & working collaboratively with the business & the broader People team. The Senior Manager, HRBP is looked to as a trusted partner within the leadership teams and will be responsible for advising and coaching on all aspects of people operations.You will be skilled in Leadership Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Relations, along with educating and training managers.
