This is a Direct Hire role that will provide full medical, dental, vision benefits and bonus incentives for our employees.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients through proactive sales techniquesConduct client needs assessments and recommend appropriate insurance productsCollaborate with the underwriting team to ensure timely processing of policiesStay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulationsParticipate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniquesThe Account Executive will have responsibility for managing the renewal and marketing process from start to finish, inconjunction with other team membersCreating and maintaining client files in accordance with office procedures.
