Ideal candidates should have 7+ years of experience as a Senior or Lead Advisor for a wealth management (RIA) firm or professional financial services company, advising and working directly with high-net-worth individual clients with assets exceeding $3M, and trust, estate, retirement, investment, and insurance planning. A strong consulting background and expertise in tax-saving strategies is required.Responsibilities:Consistently lead, mentor, and coach team members to assist in developing employees to their fullest potential.Manage relationships with high-net-worth individual clients with assets exceeding $3M while delivering outstanding client experiences and exceptional, individualized services.Utilize resources to achieve client goals, including trust and estate planning, tax planning, retirement and insurance planning, investment management, risk management, and other general financial planning.Create, design, and implement wealth management plans to support each client's financial purposes and passions.Develop lasting relationships with centers of influence to identify new business opportunities.Collaborate with the national team to develop and maintain strong relationships with custodial retail branches.Identify, target, and create new opportunities to represent the firm at speaking events.Lead the service team to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.Collaborate with the business development team regarding new client acquisition by participating in sales processes.Contribute to the growth of the firm by generating referrals from existing clients.Provide timely, constructive feedback to teammates on performance and ways to improve.Provide creative, challenging, growth-enhancement opportunities for teammates.Develop, support, and present training programs on strategic financial planning.Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelor's Degree (Required) / Master's Degree (Preferred)Certified Financial Plannerâ„¢ - CFP® (Required)7+ years of professional experience working in wealth management or financial services as a Senior or Lead Financial Advisor.7+ years of professional experience advising and working with high-net-worth individual clients with assets exceeding $3M, including trust, estate, investment, retirement, insurance, tax, and financial planning.7+ years of experience in cash flow/capital needs planning analysis.High level of integrity in all personal and professional activities.Motivated and driven with the proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills and abilities.Self-starter by nature with excellent organizational skills.Proven ability to manage heavy workloads and projects on a time-sensitive basis.Experience leading, mentoring, and coaching a team of professional Financial Advisors.Must be willing to work fully on-site in Seattle, WA, or Portland, OR.About S Piper Staffing:S Piper Staffing stands out as a leading nationwide woman-owned minority recruiting firm, dedicated to supporting top-tier talent in collaboration with the world's premier brands.
