This is a Hybrid role with remote flexibility.Responsibilities:Assist Lead Advisors in delivering exceptional client service.Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications.Utilize eMoney to create financial plans for clients.Ensure timely and comprehensive responses in collaboration with the Lead Advisor.Track task progress and follow up on outstanding action items.Proactively address client issues and concerns to ensure satisfaction.Understand client expectations and preferences to advocate effectively.Work with internal teams to enhance client service processes and workflows.Manage client relationships, including preparing meeting materials and providing ongoing support.Reach out to Michelle Espejo via LinkedIn or email for immediate consideration and additional info.
