Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing Medical Device company in the Durham area who is hiring a Production Process Engineer Supervisor to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.Responsibilities:Production leader will oversee production process, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished productSupervisor will oversee up to 5 employees, Manufacturing Technicians, Engineers Supervisor will monitor production efficiency, implement process improvements, quality control proceduresSupervisor will communicate with international vendors, streamlining production workflowSupervisor will operate production equipment, troubleshoot production issues, implement corrective actionsSupervisor will identify process optimization, new technologies, methods, ways to reduce costsRequirements:Candidates must have 7+ years experience working in a cleanroom manufacturing environmentCandidates must have a Bachelors degree in Engineering or Manufacturing; a Masters degree preferredCandidates must have a strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory controlCandidates must have prior process development background Experience in the medical device or electronics manufacturing industry preferred, semiconductor or sensor experience a plus Candidates must be familiar with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies
