Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for a variety of roles across departments.Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, and direct outreach to passive candidates.Conduct initial phone screenings, schedule interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the interview process with candidates and hiring managers.Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies.Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other partners to support talent needs.Collaborate with the HR team to develop and refine job descriptions and recruitment materials.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and competitive hiring strategies.Assist with onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.Monitor and report on key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
