Our client is a growing investment firm in Manhattan, operating on a hybrid schedule.Position Overview and Description:Handle full life cycle recruitingManage client and candidate relationships with finesse and a high-touch approachWork directly with hiring managers, from intake calls to offersProvide consultative search and recruiting services including talent research, market intelligence, sourcing, candidate development assessment, advising clients, and closingDevelopment and execution of staffing and diversity hiring plansPartner/collaborate with the HR teamRequired Skills2-6 years of full life cycle recruitmentExperience in financial services is strongly preferredBachelor's Degree with a strong academic recordThe annual base salary range is $70,000 to $130,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
