Our model emphasizes ethical and evidence-based treatment that improves quality of life of our clients. We are currently seeking skilled Senior Clinical Supervisors to join our high quality clinical team! Job DutiesClinical Duties: Responsibilities include direct client supervision activities such as assessments and treatment implementation, and indirect activities like developing treatment goals and crisis intervention.Supervision: The role involves supervising and training direct reports, conducting evaluations, and providing support to clinical teams and RBT's.Operational Duties: Operational responsibilities include caseload assignments, training needs assessment, performance evaluations, and corrective performance actions.Schedule and Collaboration: The Senior Clinical Supervisor must manage their schedule, project availability, and work collaboratively with other team members.Caregiver Training: Conducts and/or supervises caregiver training meetings, at a minimum of one hour per month per caseCaseload Management : Maintains 50% ratio of direct service work and delegates tasks and provides deadlines to Clinical Supervisors and Assistant Clinical Supervisors based on audits and clinical review. Manages multiple treatment models of service including 3-tier, parent mediated, SSG, and Compass-B.Qualifications2-5 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBAKnowledge of developmental milestones and experience in early childhood development.
