The Lead Preschool Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum, assessing children's development, communicating with parents, and leading a team of educators.QualificationsPossession of a Associates's degree or Higher in Early Childhood Education or a related fieldProven experience working with young children in a preschool settingDemonstrated ability to lead a team and excellent communication skillsKnowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood educationCertification in CPR and First Aid is preferred
