Metis Search are partnered with a leading Investment Bank who are adding senior Analysts and Junior Associates to their Technology group in San Francisco.I'm specifically looking to connect with Senior Analysts/Junior Associates with previous Tech/Software M&A experience - who are ideally based in the SF region.Applicants should have the following credentials:QualificationsBachelor's Degree required;2+ years of technology investment banking experience with transaction execution experience;Software M&A experience;Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship of work visa;Experience building financial models, valuations, pitchbooks, CIMs etc.Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis;Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, both verbal and written;Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for excellence.
