In addition to daily external communications, this high-impact, cross-functional role involves collaboration with senior leadership, marketing, data science, engineering, and product teams. The position reports to Arccos' Executive Vice President. Deliver against an agreed GTM strategy, unlocking the commercial potential of Accros' assets and achieving revenue targets. Develop a deep understanding of our partners' business model, strategy and priorities as well as their existing relationships with Arccos and use this knowledge to identify new opportunities for the partnership.Develop strategic plans that focus on growth and innovation through partnershipsCollaborate across Arccos to identify and cultivate new business opportunities that deliver differentiated valueDevelop relationship plans to build, expand and elevate relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at partner organizations to deliver on objectivesPartner on the negotiation strategy and providing support in negotiating agreementsThe ability to understand wider opportunities across Arccos portfolio and to help grow traditional and non-traditional partnerships.Forward thinking, creative and always looking for new opportunities to attract new partners and maximize revenue potential with existing partners.Qualifications5+ years of relevant experience in the consumer technology and/or sports industriesProven track record in relationship selling and relationship managementProficiency in financial modeling and strategic planningPassionate golfer with in-depth knowledge of the golf industryAbility and willingness to spend 1+ days per week working at Arccos HQ (Stamford, CT) and travel 30% or moreBachelor's degree or higherDesirable AttributesBackground in collegiate athleticsMBA or other advanced degreeExperience in both corporate and start-up environmentsProximity to Arccos HQ (Stamford, CT) - hybrid positionBenefitsCompetitive salary with equity opportunities in a high-growth companyComprehensive health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision and Life)401K with company contributionGolf-related perks, including green fee reimbursementArccos is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
