This role is essential for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the seamless operation of daily administrative tasks.About the Opportunity:Setting: Concierge MedicineSchedule: Monday to FridayHours: 6:45am to 2:45pmResponsibilities:The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for:Welcome patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, creating a positive first impressionSchedule appointments and coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flowAnswer incoming calls and respond to email inquiries promptly and courteouslyMaintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception areaProcess patient intake forms, verify insurance information, and handle payment transactions accurately and efficientlyOversee billing operations, including preparing invoices and collecting paymentsManage prior authorization processes and ensure all insurance requirements are metKeep patient records accurate and up to date, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and office policiesSupport the team with administrative tasks and maintain an organized inventory of office suppliesQualifications:Previous experience in a luxury hospitality, medical, or concierge settingknowledge of billing systems, insurance verification processes, and prior authorizations is requiredExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational abilitiesProficient in scheduling software, billing platforms, and Microsoft Office SuiteAble to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalismPositive attitude and dedication to providing exceptional customer serviceDesired Skills:Knowledge of medical office procedures and HIPAA complianceExperience in a high-volume customer-facing role
