Must Haves: 10+ years of experience in HRIS and LMS administration, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead roleExperience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, Oracle HCM) and LMS platforms (e.g., Alchemy, Cornerstone, Saba, Docebo)Must have experience within the Benefits, Compensation, and Performance Management ModulesProven track record in managing HRIS and LMS system updates, enhancements, configurations, and maintenanceExtensive experience in creating dashboards and reports using Power BIStrong data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL and ExcelDemonstrated ability to manage and drive projects successfullyMust be a self-starter, detail oriented, and have strong problem solving skillsBachelor's degree required (Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field)Nice to have Specialized experience with Dayforce HRIS, particularly in the Compensation and Performance Management modules.HR systems implementation/ consolidation project planning experienceMaster's degreeDay to dayA leading food and beverage distribution company in downtown Fort Worth, TX is seeking a dynamic Senior HRIS and LMS Analyst to join our team. This technical leader will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of our HRIS and LMS systems. The analyst will spearhead projects related to HRIS and LMS initiatives, including a significant LMS consolidation project. They will ensure these systems operate smoothly, providing direct support to end users and troubleshooting any issues that arise. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, capable of pulling data from multiple sources (Excel, Dayforce) to create insightful dashboards. We are looking for someone who is self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and able to drive new ideas within the HR systems space. This position does not have any direct reports and will report directly to the Director of HR.
