Read more about other benefits and perks HEREWhat we do:GroupeSTAHL is a leading international manufacturer, distributor and direct supplier in the field of custom textile printing.What you'll be doing:The Financial Analyst will support planning, reporting, and analysis for the company and all subsidiaries. The individual will gather and report financial information using a consolidation software, ERP systems, and Excel spreadsheets. The Financial Analyst is responsible for receiving, prioritizing, and completing one-time and recurring report requests for the company and all subsidiaries.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Collect, manage, and maintain timely data imports (actual/budget/forecast) to the consolidation software.Reconcile and tie out all data between systems to ensure accuracy.Review data in various schedules for correct presentation and mapping.Develop, distribute, and evaluate budget and forecasting models.Support budget and forecast process with Controllers and General Managers.Responsible for delivering monthly actual, forecast, budget reports using consolidation system and excel files.Analyze monthly/quarterly/yearly financial results and communicate important trends and measurements.Maintain and distribute subsidiary reporting packages for consolidation and audit.Support year end reporting process with all subsidiaries and review for completion and accuracy.Support and manage year-end audit process, including full consolidation, US GAAP adjustments, completing financial statements and disclosures, and working with Controllers to respond to additional inquiries.Maintain thorough knowledge of financial data and sources.Support Controllers with research and proper treatment of complex accounting transactions, including implementation of new standards.Ability to develop models, templates and reports based on verbal direction.Develop various reports to provide accurate and analytical views of requested information.Establish efficient, accurate and dependable documented processes for a variety of data sets for reporting financial information for tax estimates and returns, board packages, bank covenants and US Census Bureau.Track and report monthly and quarterly Capital Expenditures for designated entities and validate ROIs.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Skills:5+ years progressive experienceExperience using Consolidation SoftwareHigh level of proficiency in ExcelKnowledge of ERP systemsAbility to complete projects on time and accuratelyAbove average problem solving and troubleshooting skillsMust be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skillsPositive and collaborative attitudeFocused with superior time management skillsEducation:Bachelor's Degree (Accounting or Finance)CPA/CMAApply today and join the fun!
