Acceler8 is seeking a talented and driven Silicon Validation Engineer to join a fast-growing hardware startup at the cutting edge of computational innovation. This company is developing transformative hardware solutions for next-generation transformer architectures, enabling unprecedented efficiency and performance for GenAI workloads.As a Silicon Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring their chips function correctly, contributing to both pre silicon verification & post silicon validation.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute detailed test plans and procedures for complex hardware designs.Identify and diagnose issues with the chip, such as performance bottlenecks, logic errors, or timing problems, using specialized tools like oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.Run tests to confirm that the chip meets design requirements for power, performance, and functionality across different operating conditions.Utilize advanced verification methodologies, such as UVM, to drive high coverage and thorough validation of designs.Document test results, create validation reports, and provide feedback to design and manufacturing teams.Qualifications:3+ years in post-silicon validation position in industryProficiency in debugging tools, lab equipment, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl).Familiarity with simulation tools, testbench environments, and hardware description languages (e.g., Verilog, SystemVerilog).Ability to read waveforms and RTL codeExcellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.Exposure to pre-silicon verificationPreferred Qualifications:Experience with high-performance computing architectures, including transformer-based designs or machine learning accelerators.Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Tcl) for automation.Knowledge of FPGA or ASIC flows.Why Join Us?Work on groundbreaking technology at the intersection of hardware and AI.Collaborate with a world-class team in a dynamic, startup environment.Opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of machine learning hardware.Competitive compensation package, including benefits and equity.How to Apply:If you're passionate about hardware design and want to contribute to cutting-edge innovations in the field, we'd love to hear from you.
