DESCRIPTIONThe US Domestic Custody - Asset Services Operations Team is responsible for the end-to-end life cycle of US Domestic Asset Service Operations.RESPONSIBILITIESReview event notification to clients of market information and key dates.Client Instructions processing based on record keeping with Depository and Counter Parties.Event-wise reconciliation for COACS and Income events.QUALIFICATIONS3-5 years of experience in Custody or Investment Bank environment with experience in Asset Services (Corporate Actions Instructions Processing Reconciliations)Knowledge of U.S. Securities Market and DTC Understanding of SWIFT messages, especially MT566 is a PLUS Strong Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, formulas, keyboard shortcuts, running MACROS to manage large sets of data)College degree Soft Skills:Interpersonal skills (verbal & written)Lead inclusively and be a team playerExhibits boundary-less behavior, proactive and ability to work with Global teams in a matrix organization environmentDemonstrated experience of multi-tasking and effective time management with attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentStrong time management skills required to meet the internal and external deadlines/cutoffDexian is an Equal Opportunity Employer that recruits and hires qualified candidates without regard to race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, disability, or veteran status.
