Maintenance Technician

Our client, a property management firm, is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team at a three different residential buildings around PA. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day maintenance tasks, ensure the building operates smoothly, and provide exceptional service to residents.Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general upkeep.Address resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.Collaborate with property management on larger projects and renovations.Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.Qualifications:Previous experience in residential maintenance or a related field. Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge of building systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work on-call as needed (weekends included)will be reimbursed for mileage and cell phone stipend
