Senior Fund Accountant

Our client, a Greenwich-based multi-strategy private equity firm, manages approximately $6B of capital under management. They are seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to assist the Fund Controllers in overseeing the finance function for the four U.S.-based investment platforms comprising 6 funds. The Senior Fund Accountant will provide direct support to Fund Controllers and will enjoy exposure to a multitude of business challenges. Success in this role will position the Senior Fund Accountant for expanded responsibilities within the firm.Specific responsibilities will include:? Maintain books and records for all fund entities.? Maintain treasury function by updating cash reconciliation and credit facility files,processing wires, and monitoring payments and capital activity.? Review financial statements and capital statements.? Assist with capital calls and distributions for the funds.? Assist with quarterly and annual investor reporting, including performance reporting.
