SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Job SummaryThis position serves on a team of Oracle Cloud experts working on the implementation and post go-live support of the Oracle Cloud Scheduling software. During the implementation product, this person will be responsible for the build and configuration of 800+ Nursing departments and 200 Non-Nursing Departments system configuration. Post go-live this position will provide post production support, assist with knowledge transfer activities and help ensure an overall smooth transition process to the new scheduling software. This role will also provide internal customers (Nursing/Operations) with the best possible solutions to utilize the system, roll out new functionality, identify potential process improvements, troubleshoot problems and provide user support. This person Perform other duties as assigned.General tasks and responsibilities will include: Maintain the existing scheduling tool for Nursing - ClairviaRun reportsAssign securityMake daily updates to the web and client applicationsEnsure HR import is run daily from PeopleSoftProvide functional support and configuration expertise to the team for ORACLE schedulingInvolved in all testing phases and issue resolution for the project - including integration with Epic and Point Click CareKnowledge of ORACLE Cloud scheduling is a plus, but prior Clairvia or Ansos scheduling implementation REQUIREDPartner with Nursing/Operations personnel to support business operations and satisfy user inquiries, resolve issues and support applicationsCollaborate with peers and customers to deliver solutionsWork with other EITS teams during downtimes, SQL server updates, Epic upgradesPerform other work as assignedKnowledge, Skills, Abilities and other Requirements:Knowledge of ORACLE Scheduling System REQUIREDProficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio etc.).Implementation of other Oracle Cloud modules REQUIREDYears of Experience:Five (5) years of progressive, responsible experience in the field of data processing, computer systems, and applications REQUIRED.Operations Specialty requires supervisory experience (5 years) REQUIREDNetwork Services requires a telecommunications background and experienceHealthcare background preferredSuccessfully completed and/or involved in at least one full life-cycle ORACLE Scheduling implementation and/or upgrade REQUIRED.Previous experience interfacing ORACLE to Epic/Point Click Care is a plus.Experience in PeopleSoft HR is a plusStrong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to identify problems and determine corrective actions.Effective collaboration and communication skills as well as an ability to handle multiple assignments in a timely manner with minimal supervision.Ability to prioritize work and promptly resolve or escalate when necessaryHealthcare Experience is a plusPrior Scheduling implementation experience is REQUIREDEducation Level:A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Systems, applied Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics/Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field of studyCertification(s)/NYS Licenses:Nursing License a plus
