Position: Commercial Real Estate/Corporate Associate (would consider a counsel) Locations: Boston, New York, or ConnecticutA midsize boutique firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate/Corporate Associate (or counsel) with 5-10 years of experience to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background representing companies, developers, franchisees, investors, and other entities in complex real estate matters, with a focus on commercial leasing, franchise and distribution, and general corporate real estate.Key Responsibilities:Drafting and negotiating commercial leasesAcquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial propertiesRepresenting franchisees, including reviewing and negotiating franchise agreements, renewals, and transfersGeneral corporate tasks, including asset acquisitionsQualifications:5-10 years of experience in commercial real estate, corporate law, and franchise mattersExpertise in commercial leasing, real estate acquisition, and financingExperience with franchise agreements and corporate transactions preferredBenefits Include:4 weeks of vacation11 paid holidaysHealth, dental, life, and disability insurancePaid child care leavePre-tax commuting expense plan401(k) contributionsWhy Join the Firm?This role provides an opportunity to engage in challenging and meaningful work within a collaborative practice.
