Real Estate Finance Attorney

We are seeking a Real Estate Finance attorney with 3-6+ years of law firm experience to join our Finance Department in NY, Phil or DC who has experience representing commercial and investment banks, debt funds and other lenders. Candidates should have experience in the areas of securitization, syndication and/or participation of commercial mortgage, construction and/or mezzanine loans. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials.
