KLEAR is a fintech company disrupting supply chain financing by making working capital solutions available for the first time to a new segment of manufacturing innovators. Our trial-and-error period is over and now we need an experienced Full Stack Engineer to help with the next generation of our platform. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor and LFG ??Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with everyone at Klear. We're a small team operating a multi-sided multi-revenue stream business with a lot of moving parts to coordinate.Contribute to migrating our existing customer-facing Spring Boot / Angular application into a new Typescript / Express / React monorepo. Simplifying overly complex code, eliminating dead & duplicate code, adding tests, and upgrading dependencies.Contribute to an audit & redesign of our DB schema, API endpoints, and approach to enterprise architecture.Contribute to an audit & redesign of our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipeline, release process, and loggingShip full-stack solutions for internal tools to automate manual processes.Design user interfaces using v0.dev, React, shadcn/ui, TailwindCSS/UI.Say no - help defend the codebase and the complexity of our productWhat You Bring to the Table:A passion for getting-to-simple.5+ years of engineering experience, including 2+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer.Proven ability to design and ship scalable solutions, ideally at early-stage companies or as one of the first engineers on a team.Familiarity with deploying applications and managing production workflows using AWS and GitHub.Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, Nodejs, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, shadcn/ui - not all are required, just a willingness to learnNice - Experience building web apps with Enterprise business logic - think: multi-entity, multi-role, multi- .Preferred Experience: Experience in early-stage startup environments.Familiarity with building, supporting, and scaling applications as a single-digit engineer.A background in financial technology or accounting systems.Why Join Us? $16T market ??Empower awesome companies like AstraMKR FabricatorsBlackbox BiotechAutonomyWork directly with leadership and our hands-on investorsBenefits: Enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K, and an unlimited vacation policy"”because we believe in work-life balance!Location: Our corporate headquarters is located in Sausalito.
