Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our client is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a significant plus.This role is HybridKey Responsibilities:Identify, attract, evaluate, and build relationships with passive and active job seekers, both internal and external.Proactively develop and maintain a robust and diverse pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs, including early career and experienced hire pipelines.Source candidates using various job boards, resume databases, social media, and niche sites.Develop and maintain relationships with schools and university programs to support internship and early career recruitment.Coordinate and attend virtual and onsite hiring events/job fairs.Conduct phone screens and virtual interviews, and update candidate statuses within the ATS (ICIMS).Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to create strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor for sourcing talent.Assist with reviewing and processing job applications in the ATS.Manage multiple searches while remaining organized and maintaining communication with potential candidates.Participate in special projects as required.Schedule interviews and initiate all pre-screening requirements for new hires.Support new hire orientation, training, and 30/60/90-day planning.Process new hires in ADP Workforce Now and manage I-9 and compliance documentation.Handle parking and application processes for new hires.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Skills & Experience:3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., ICIMS).Experience writing job descriptions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
