Standish Compliance succeeds when our team is given opportunities to grow and develop their expertise and skills with the firm.Position SummaryAssist Standish Compliance clients in complying with applicable IT regulatory requirements.Assist in ensuring all IT policies and procedures are reviewed on schedule and updated as necessary/appropriate.Work closely with the Standish Compliance team to learn the private fund industry, clients' businesses, and compliance program, as well as regulatory and compliance requirements.Serve as part of Standish Compliance client service teams and work together with compliance associates and compliance officers to help organize and deliver exceptional compliance services.Maintain compliance calendars and checklists, organize, track and review firm and employee compliance reporting, monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.Assist in preparing regulatory filings and provide support and assistance to the Standish Compliance team.and help administer specific projects.Candidate RequirementsCurrently pursuing a Bachelors or other advanced degree in Finance, Business, IT or the Humanities with an interest in financial servicesGraduation date between Spring 2025 - Fall 2026Strong experience with MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Ability to analyze and document both business and technical processesAbility to prioritize and organize multiple tasksWillingness to learn new procedures and applicationsAbility to handle confidential information, work with limited supervision, and collaborate with various team members.Able to work in the U.S without sponsorshipAble to work part-time from our office in Dallas, TX
