Our focus is on delivering efficient and effective civil engineering solutions for public and private infrastructure projects.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Hydraulics/Stormwater/Water Resources Engineer at Naidu Engineering LLC in Sammamish, and Issaquah offices in WA. The Engineer will be responsible for conducting H & H modeling and simulation, designing conveyance systems and water quality controls, preparing hydraulic reports and stormwater site plans, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Additionally, the Engineer will be involved in erosion control, construction stormwater management, and quality assurance processes following Washington Department of Transportation (WSDOT) standards.QualificationsWater Resource Management, Hydrology, and Conveyance systems design skills per WSDOT HRM & HM.Experience in Stormwater Management and Water Quality designKnowledge of Green Stormwater Infrastructure and Low Impact Development practicesAbility to conduct H & H modeling using various software toolsExperience in drainage design for roadways and highways per WSDOT Standards.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and team collaboration skillsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldEngineer-in-Training (EIT) is preferred for Junior EngineersProfessional Engineer (PE) license is a plus for Senior and Lead Engineers.
