This role is pivotal to positioning the company to efficiently and effectively scale organically and through acquisition and leading our commitment to continuous process improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesChampion the technology transition process to more scalable, industry-leading community association management softwareDevelop and enhance automated workflows to optimize the team's efficiency and standardize our elevated service level with built-in best practicesImplement and improve onboarding and ongoing training programs for team membersLead innovation and continuous process improvement initiativesIdentify and implement new vendor services to enhance community support and operational efficiencyOversee the technological integration of acquired companies into our platformDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and guide improvementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in relevant field; advanced degree is a plus5+ years of experience with community association management systems, preferably using Vantaca softwareStrong background in software integration and digital transformation projectsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsWhat Sets You ApartPassion for leveraging technology to enhance community managementExperience in scaling operations while maintaining service qualityTactical operational mindset to enable continuous process improvement and product offering expansionDeep understanding of the HOA management industry and its evolving needsImpact and GrowthIn this role, you will:Enhance our ability to serve homeowners and board members effectively at scaleDrive improvements in operational efficiency and service qualityStrengthen our competitive edge through innovative, community-focused solutionsPlay a critical role in the company's rapid expansionCompensation and BenefitsTotal Compensation Range: $150,000-$200,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and performanceComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchProfessional development opportunitiesStart Date: Q1 2025, in preparation for our July 2025 software transitionLocation: Westchester, New York- in person, with some flexibility to work from home on occasion
