We're looking for a Growth Manager who is eager to roll up their sleeves and drive meaningful impact by bringing new customers into our business. As one of our earliest growth hires, you will engage with customers across every stage of the sales funnel"”prospecting, discovery, and closing"”while translating customer insights directly into actionable product and marketing strategies. This role is both strategic and hands-on, giving you the opportunity to help shape the future of our growth trajectory.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage your own customer pipeline, owning all GTM functions: Prospect high-quality leads, refine messaging strategies, run discovery calls, and deliver tailored product demosNurture customer relationships: Help our existing customers get the most value out of the product, and expand into new use casesProactively improve existing GTM systems: Anticipate high-value opportunities to drive efficiency and execute themCollaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing to translate customer needs directly into product and marketing improvementsCommunicate effectively in ambiguity: Provide structure for undefined opportunities by creating playbooks and templates to bring others on board with your visionMeasure and optimize performance: Monitor key KPIs, identify funnel inefficiencies, and proactively refine strategies to drive continuous improvementMaster the Strella product: As our own power users, we leverage this expertise to better understand and empathize with our customers!You are a good fit for this role if....You have a Bachelor's Degree, MBA is a bonusYou have 6-8+ years of experience in GTM, product management, growth marketing, management consulting, or operations.You are an owner, and have a strong bias for speed and actionYou are comfortable with and enjoy talking to customers, both prospective and existingYou have a strong product / technical sense, and can translate customer feedback into tactical product improvementsYou are knowledgeable about tools and strategies for GTM, and you demonstrate exceptional proactivity in system and process improvementsYou are a team player who loves working cross-functionallyYou solve problems with first principles thinking and always come with solutionsYou have a keen eye for detail, and constantly ensure the accuracy of your workYou are excited to join a fast-growing early stage startup!Benefits:Competitive SalaryHealth Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision)Flexible PTOComp:Let's talkHow to Apply: Email us at with your resume.Strella is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
