The GraphicDesigner will design digital commerce marketing assets for all of AKIRA digitalchannels (email, website, fliers, coupons, events, social media, etc). This individual willproduce and maintain daily marketing design updates based on marketing planningCalendars. If you love fashion marketing and design, apply now! All resumes MUST include portfolios to be consideredEssential Functions:Manage projects from concept through production (newsletters/mailers, coupons, website asset design, social media, store signage, and more)Actively participate in concept and design of brand collateral for AKIRAMaintain an intimate understanding of the AKIRA brand and customer and stay up-to-date on industry trends and other retail brandsWork closely with the marketing team, catalog stylist, and photographersCollaborate with team members to create a cohesive brand experience across all channelsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field required2+ years experience in Graphic Design, preferably within marketing/retailStrong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects/deadlines at onceStrong understanding of typography and layoutSelf motivated, strong organizational, time management, and communication skillsStrong knowledge: InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoshopSome understanding of HTMLShopify experience a plusDiversity & Inclusion:At AKIRA we believe that treating everyone in a first-class manner is essential to fostering an inclusive environment that reflects our values and our community.
