Combining movement, science, math, expert coaching, and cutting-edge technology, we empower golfers to 'Own Your SSWING'.Our physical therapy program, which has its foundation in the important relationship between pelvis anterior tilt, rib flair and limited lead hip internal rotation is a cornerstone of our holistic approach, focusing on biomechanics, injury prevention, and movement optimization to help golfers unlock their full potential.Key Responsibilities:Movement Assessments: Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate mobility, stability, and overall biomechanics as they relate to human movement, sport in general, heavily focused in golf hyper performance. Individualized Plans: Develop and execute individual roadmaps for creating a baseline of sound, neutral posture, then moving aggressively to improve associated speed, strength, stability and mobility.Collaboration: Work closely with PGA professional to integrate movement strategies with golf-specific mechanics goals.Education: Educate clients on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and strategies for improving overall physical health.Group Training: Lead group sessions focusing on movement improvement, such as hip mobility drills, core activation, and functional training for golfers. Technology Integration: Utilize advanced tools and software to track client progress and provide data-driven insights.Facility Growth: Assist in developing programs that enhance the value of SSWING's physical therapy offerings, such as corporate wellness workshops or digital courses.Qualifications:Licensure: Valid Physical Therapy license in New York State.Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience in physical therapy, preferably with a focus on sports performance or biomechanics.
