When you wear one of these pieces, you are announcing to yourself and to the world that everything you want and everything you want to be is already inside you - all you have to do is claim it.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Assistant Store Manager, TribecaPOSITION SCOPE: The Assistant Store Manager will work closely with the Store Manager and leadership team to elevate the in-store experienceby sharing the FoundRae mission andensuring each client encounter contributes to and builds ongoing, trusting relationships to drive sales. Set the standard as a Jewelry Stylist leader and act as a liaison between the sales team and leadership.Support the Store Manager through the sharing of educational and training materials, assist with day-to-day retail store operations, inventory management and studio management. Ensure a warm, pleasant and inviting environment for clients and visitors.RESPONSIBILITIES:Clientele Management and SalesEmbody the FoundRae standard of client experience, lead and coach the sales team for selling and relationship excellenceEnsure the continuous development of excellent client relationships by creating and celebrating memorable moments for our clients and visitorsContinuously build, develop and maintain authentic relationships and communicate the brand's missionAssist clients with finding the perfect pieces; listen to their requests and present appropriate productEffectively communicate product knowledge, staying up to date as new styles are introducedMeet and exceed monthly sales targets; assisting the sales team as neededLearn Shopify POS and Endear client management and act as subject matter expertRoll out Endear seasonal initiatives per direction of leadershipEnsure the highest customer satisfaction, act as a proactive problem solver regarding any potential client issuesManagementResponsible for opening and closings and adhering to all guidelines and proceduresEnsure the sales team is up to date on all product knowledgeManage sales associates' day-to-day tasks, guiding time management and prioritizationEnsure mock-ups are taken in a timely and accurate mannerEnsure lookbooks are created and sent in a timely mannerMake sure associates complete client outreach daily through EndearAid in supervising schedule changesAssist with managing order priority and completion with bench jewelers and/or hand engraverOversee cleanliness and maintenance of retail workspace and studioConduct end of day closing sign offs to ensure associates have completed closing tasks, floor sweepShare weekly summary of Client and Sales team requests and feedback with Store ManagerVisual Merchandising Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained, check displays daily to ensure full product exposureEnsure that the store and environment is demonstrative of the FoundRae brand aesthetic and all displays are neatly organized and plannedWork with Visual Merchandising to coordinate inventory requests for all display changesREQUIREMENTS:Associates or Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum of 5+ years in retail management experience and at least 2 years within the luxury marketplace; fine jewelry experience a plusPrevious experience with CRM systems, Endear experience a plusStrong communication skills; written and verbalAble to work a flexible schedule including peak periods weekends, holidays and eveningsFlexible to travel on occasion or support other store locationsPhysical requirements: lift/carry/move 40lbs minimum including product and fixtures and to stand for long periods of timeOUR COMPANY VALUES:We value peoplewe want each other to be the best versions of who we can be.We value our relationships with our employees, suppliers and community.We value diversity and promote inclusivity with our words, actions and images.We value professional development and personal growthWe value community service and philanthropy.We value and foster creativity and self-expression.We value accountability for ourselves and the collective and show integrity through all our interactions.We value storytelling and reading.The appointed candidate will be offered an annual salary between $80,000- $95,000 as well as an opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and retirement plan.
