Capital Formation (Senior-Level)

Our client is a leading, global growth equity investments firm, managing over $20 billion in AUM. This person will will be the firm's first dedicated fundraising professional in North America. Responsibilities will include:Investor RelationshipDirect responsibility over existing investors and prospective investors in the U.S. and Canada, executing on cross-selling with a focus on growth and expansion fund offeringsTarget a prospective investor base of high quality institutional investors with the goal of maximizing the amount and quality of capital raisedLead presentations and portfolio update calls to existing clients and prospective investors.Fundraising / Project ManagementDirect accountability for capital raising from existing and new investorsManage investor relationships through due diligence processes, coordinating with investors through to fund closingContentProvide investor feedback and input to enhance communications and marketing materials to existing and potential investors, including investor presentations, performance updates, and Webcast/Annual Meeting materialsSupport the IR team with fund formation and providing input on DDQs, PPM and portfolio analysisQualifications (must have to be considered)To be considered for this role, candidates must have 8+ years of relevant PE industry experience with a meaningful portion of this time spent in institutional fundraising/business development role with a private equity firm or placement agentIf you are interested and have these qualifications, please feel free to reach out to paul@ to learn more.
