Job Title : Technical Program ManagerLocation : Emeryville CADuration : Fulltime/ContractTechnical Skills: Proven experience as an Onsite Technical Project Manager in data projects, with a focus on support and development projects in Data, ETL, Visualization, Commerce, Mobile App, and Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire teams, manage conflicts, and drive project success.Strategic Planning: Setting program objectives, defining project scopes, and aligning them with organizational goals.Communication: Clear and effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and executives.Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.Problem-Solving: Analyzing issues and finding effective solutions quickly.Organizational Skills: Keeping track of multiple tasks, deadlines, and project details.Time Management: Prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines.Financial Acumen: Budgeting, forecasting, and managing financial resources.Budget Management: Planning and managing project budgets to ensure financial resources are used effectively.Analytical Skills: Interpreting complex data and deriving actionable insights.Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.Negotiation: Working with stakeholders to reach agreements and resolve conflicts.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).Adaptability: Being flexible and able to adjust plans as project requirements change.Expierence RangeMinimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on Data and D365. Secondary Skills (Good To have) PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.Proven ability to manage distributed teams and work effectively across different time zones.Soft skills/other skills (If any)Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a track record of successful project delivery.Presentation Skills: Effectively presenting project updates and outcomes to stakeholders and executives.
