A reputable downtown NYC-based Asset Management firm is seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support their Legal & Regulatory team! The role will include corporate administrative tasks as well as legal-related responsibilities such as invoicing, filing and notarizing. The firm has an excellent culture, and the compensation/benefits package is highly competitive!ResponsibilitiesCalendar management for professionalsCoordinate quarterly board meetings including travel arrangements and meeting logisticsAid in preparing for meetings by organizing documents, presentations, reports, etc.Coordinate detailed travel itinerariesTrack payments, invoices, and manage expense reportsManage paper and electronic filesReview legal documents for accuracyTrack and manage legal projectsAd-hoc administrative support as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree required2-5 years of experience in an administrative role (Legal Admin or Paralegal)Experience in Legal or Finance related field (corporate law is preferred)Current NY State Notary Public or willing to obtainProficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills5 days in office required
