With an increasing project load, they are looking for a skilled Estimator to join the team.Role Overview:Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial interior projects, ensuring thorough analysis and adherence to project specifications.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial interior projects.Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements.Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers.Identify and evaluate project risks and opportunities for cost savings.Present and explain cost estimates to clients and senior management.Update and maintain cost databases and estimating tools.Collaborate with project managers to ensure budget compliance and financial success.Qualifications/Experience:5+ years of experience as an Estimator in commercial interiors.Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and technologies.Proficiency in estimating software and tools.Skills:Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.What's on Offer:Healthcare, Dental & Vision plans.401k matchBi-annual bonus schemes
