We are headquartered in Dallas, TX with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Dallas, Fort Worth and Charlotte.Job Description:Genesco Sports Enterprises is looking for an innovative, results oriented, self-motivated individual to become part of the GSE Team. This person will be responsible for supporting the client account team in all day-to-day management of the client's sports-related programming and marketing initiatives. This person will work closely with our clients, sports properties, athletes and partner agencies to activate programming.Responsibilities: Assist with the management and tracking of sponsorship assetsAssist with the management and tracking of athlete partnershipsAssist with general account management/client projects and other ad-hoc needsSupporting role on-site at Client's sponsored properties during events Pre-event preparation tasks (coordinate staff, activations, guest list, etc.)Prepare recap and idea decks for Client's review of optimal asset utilization Proactively recommend partnership marketing opportunities with sports property partners and athletesProvide athlete/talent recommendations, when needed, and manage negotiations on securing the athlete/talent and necessary assetsNavigate property rules and regulations to ensure timely property feedback, including guidance on how to leverage any property and athlete "Pass Through" rightsTraffic creative "approvals" for leagues/teams/athletes, working with client and other agency partnersDevelop relevant informational documents that outline the rules and guidelines of client's sports assetsDraft meeting minutes at weekly status meetings with Client and sponsored propertiesQualities required for role:Bachelor's degree 3-5 years related work experience Can-do, solutions-oriented attitude with strong work ethic Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint & Excel skills are strictly requiredAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyOutgoing personality and friendly client/customer-service demeanor Attention to detail and follow-through Ability to lift at least 25lbsAbility to travel up to 15% CompensationCompetitive salary, commensurate with experienceFull benefitsNo Relocation Provided
