Your primary responsibility will be to promote our lending products and services, focusing on meeting the financial needs of businesses and individuals within your assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and building strategic partnerships.Client Consultation: Understand the financial requirements and goals of potential clients through effective communication and consultation. Tailor lending solutions to meet their specific needs.Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Block Equity's product offerings and industry trends. Articulate the features and benefits of our lending solutions to clients in a compelling manner.Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, referral partners, and other stakeholders. Foster a positive and trustworthy image of Block Equity in the market.Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging and informative presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of company's lending products.Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company. Maintain a consistent and healthy sales pipeline.Market Research: Stay informed about market conditions, competitor activities, and industry developments. Provide feedback to the management team for continuous improvement.Qualifications:Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the financial services industry.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Familiarity with lending products and financial concepts.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.Compensation:Competitive base salary with uncapped commission structure.
