Staff Attorney -Litigation Location: St. Louis, MOHybrid Tucker Ellis LLP, a national law firm, is seeking a confident and skilled Litigation Staff Attorney to join our Health & Life Science practice in our St. Louis office.About the RoleAs a Litigation Staff Attorney, you will work with a high-profile team handling a large docket of complex cases. We're looking for someone who can work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Key responsibilities include:Handling a wide range of litigation matters, including cases involving multiple productsTaking plaintiff depositions with confidenceManaging discovery, including e-discovery (Relativity experience is preferred)Working closely with expert witnessesPreparing witnesses and creating electronic deposition bindersDrafting briefs and other legal documentsContributing to all phases of the litigation process, from initial discovery to trialRequirementsBarred in both Illinois and Missouri is a strong preference Experience managing large case dockets independentlyStrong technical ability with e-discovery tools, including searching within systems like RelativityProficiency in witness preparation and deposition binder creationAbility to manage cases from discovery through trial with minimal supervisionWhy Tucker Ellis?Excellent benefits, including health, vision, dental, and retirement plansA beautiful office located in the heart of St. LouisA firm that encourages professional growth and values individual contributionsCompensation is truly dependent on experience.
