Visual Designer

About the CompanyOur client, a high end retailer for sustainable lighting products, is looking for a visual designer to join the team on an extendable contract basis in their head office in Conshohocken, PA. This is a hybrid role.You will:Lead the design and development of visually engaging and impactful design solutions across various digital platforms, including social, web, mobile, and software.Collaborate with the Photo/Video Team.Create compelling motion graphics and animations that enhance user experiences and convey complex ideas in an intuitive manner, mostly for marketing purposes.Collaborate with Art Directors, UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to ensure design consistency and alignment with project goals.Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure a cohesive visual identity. Update and codify the motion design elements of the brand.Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in visual and motion design.Provide guidance to peers and junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.You have:5+ years of experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion design work.Proficiency in design software Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and motion graphics tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, Houdini, etc).Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.Experience in creating UI/UX designs is a plus.Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work.Hybrid inn Conshohocken, PA40 hours per week
