Tariffs & Service Contract Coordinator

COSCO SHIPPING LINES (North America) Inc. is seeking a Tariffs & Service Contract coordinator to join the Global Sales Division within the headquarters in Secaucus, NJ.Assist management to meet sales budget goals on revenue.Analyze service contracts, cargo flow, and revenue.Make recommendations to management on revenue increase with detailed strategy.Guide sales team, sales support, contract team on tariff changes & service contract updates to meet management targets.Update master file of export sales guidelines on internal systems, and input per management's direction.Update tariffs when filling with FMC on share internal systems.Coordinate with other offices on space management to fill up every container vessel.Guide our other offices regarding allocation on individual service, and update when needed.Work directly with Customer Service corporate accounts.Work with principle and global office to support sales on US export/import.Establish, implement, and enforce operational and customer service related business processes to optimize product performance, identify potential opportunities in cost redundancies.Complete US export & Import tariff filing request and meet FMC requirement.Prepare contracts, check approvals, data entry, proof reading, and filing.
