Who You Are:You are energetic, collaborative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You're looking for project management experience in the retail construction and corporate facilities field and have administrative and operational experience. You have strong written and oral communication skills and can work with cross functional teams.This role is responsible for providing administrative support for our Construction and Facilities teams which oversee construction for all three of our luxury brands (Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo, and Versace) and our corporate facilities for Capri Holdings, our parent company.What You'll Do:Assist construction managers with management of construction schedulesWork with vendors to arrange barricades and graphics for store construction projectsManage utilities for new stores openingsTrack and maintain project costs-to-date, including following up on invoice processingManage all department tracking reportsMaintain excellent relationships with contractors, consultants, designers and internal customersEnsure all owner furnished materials (e.g. lighting, flooring, millwork) are ordered and delivered according to the construction scheduleEnsure all financial closeout documents are complete, correct and timelyOverall assistance with helping the Store Design and Construction department run smoothlyAssist in preparation of presentations and department eventsAssist communication and tracking of roll outsAssist Facilities Manager with corporate moves and facilities upgradesYou'll Need to Have:Experience working in an environment involving multiple construction projectsAbility to read architectural construction documentsPerks:Generous Paid Time Off & Holiday Schedule Summer FridaysInternal mobility across Versace, Jimmy Choo and Michael Kors Cross-brand DiscountExclusive Employee SalesFav 5 Cards (MK Discount for friends and family)401k MatchPaid Parental LeaveThrive Wellness Program Commuter BenefitsGym DiscountsAt Capri, we are all responsible for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
