You will play a vital role in the pre-construction process, providing accurate estimates and analysis for commercial construction projects. Key Responsibilities:Estimating and BiddingPrepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects, including restaurants, banks, and retail stores. Analyze project plans and specifications to identify potential costs and challenges.Project and Scope AnalysisConduct thorough project analysis and scope analysis to ensure accuracy and feasibility of estimates. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to refine project details and specifications.Proposal PreparationDevelop and present comprehensive proposals to clients and stakeholders, highlighting project benefits and value.Risk ManagementIdentify and assess risks associated with projects, providing solutions to mitigate potential issues. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.Client and Stakeholder EngagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Communicate effectively to understand client needs and expectations.Team CollaborationWork closely with project teams, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment. Be proactive in identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency.Adaptability and Problem-SolvingRemain adaptable to changing project requirements and priorities. Take initiative in addressing challenges and finding solutions to ensure project success.Technology ProficiencyUtilize MS Office and Procore effectively for estimating, documentation, and project management tasks.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction or general contractor estimating.
