We also believe in taking care of our people with generous health benefits, 401k retirement plan with employer match, and a supportive team-oriented environment.We are a growing company seeking a resourceful and dedicated individual to fill the role of Interior Design Sales Consultant.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in Interior Design role in home furnishings setting or design firm. Existing trade relationships are a plus but not required.Highly motivated, organized, detail oriented and consistently resourcefulDemonstrated ability to build client relationships and close salesExperience managing client projects from start to finishExceptional verbal and written communication skills when interacting with customers and vendor partnersKindness and patienceMust be very comfortable leveraging technology to support our business needs - Experience using Shopify, Shopify POS, Zendesk, Google Suite, Google Meet, Room Planner or equivalentAbility to leverage and adhere to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Available to work in our Montclair, NJ showroom full time, 5 days per week. Weekends required.
