Our Site in Garland (Texas), is currently looking for a:PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENTCoordinate the Preventive activities in the maintenance department, creating a culture of zero breakdowns using continuous improvement and lean manufacturing tools to achieve the department's goals. This position will handle the Controls Engineers, Controls Technicians, Utilities and Making technicians, Spare Parts team, and Planner.Responsibilities:Ensure the PM schedule accomplishment. Coordinate the execution of the Corrective requests. Manage Spare parts area and team. Assign the correct PM and resources for the execution. Compliance with the organization's rules, procedures, and policies. Guide less experienced employees technically. Coordinate the coverage of the shifts of the controls team. Support in any TSPR and validations of Engineering Requirements:Fluency in English is a prerequisiteTechnical studies in Mechanics, Industrial Automation, Electronics or similar 4+ years of experience in preventive utilities and controls.
