Forward Planner--Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Forward Planning to join our dynamic team in a growing residential construction company. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on forward planning and project scheduling. This role will involve overseeing the pre-construction phase, coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring that all necessary permits and approvals are in place, and developing detailed schedules to ensure timely project delivery.This is a fully on-site/in-office position.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for residential construction projects.Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project objectives are met.Track and manage project milestones, ensuring projects remain on time and within budget.Anticipate potential risks and proactively identify solutions to prevent delays.Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure all necessary permits and approvals are acquired.Provide clear and regular updates to senior management, clients, and stakeholders.Contribute to the preparation of tender submissions and project documentation.Qualifications:3 to 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on residential construction.Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and forward planning.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Experience with project management software and tools.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.Preferred:A degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits packageCareer growth opportunitiesCollaborative and supportive work environmentIf you are passionate about residential construction and have a proven track record in forward planning, we'd love to hear from you!
