Apply now and help shape the future of chip design!Job descriptionPerform trade-off analysis on various digital algorithms and techniques to compensate RF impairments and to simplify RF hardware design requirements for wireless communications.Design and implement algorithms to compensate RF impairments, further simplify algorithms for mass production chips.Explore potential research directions for future wireless communication products, such as using new emerging techniques to improve transceiver performance under cost constraint.Be able to work efficiently with multi-site cooperations, and attend meetings across time zones (for example, Taiwan and UK).Desired Skills and Experience MS or PhD in EE or related fields, recent graduate or will graduate within a year.Extensive knowledge of wireless communication theory and digital signal processing.Good understanding of RF transceiver architectures and RF impairments.Hands-on experience in MATLAB and C/C++.Good communication and documentation skills.Nice to haveKnowledge of 802.11 Wi-Fi standards and system design is a major plus.Experience in laboratory and field measurement is a plus.Salary range$125,000- $190,000Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short and long term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
