Job SummaryThe Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in the development, management and implementation of successful and innovative multi-channel global media plans. The role encompasses translating Brand Strategy to clear Go-To-Markets briefs, and leading the brief creations for media agencies, while ensuring both departmental and brand objectives and targets are met/exceeded. Highly collaborative, this role partners with the Creative, Digital, Press, and Timepieces teams as well as departments across the business and external media agencies.Key Duties, Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesMedia PlanningResponsible for global media managementKey liaison for media buying from strategy planning to ad layouts, trafficking, validation and reportingProvide annual and campaign specific visual strategiesManage master ad visuals files and assets and recommend best fit for usePoint of Contact for custom content and advertorialsPoint of Contact for media agencies briefsKey Media Partner Relationship ManagementTrack campaign performance for optimization and improvement by marketQuarterly media spend and results reporting including website analyticsMonthly Proof of Performance reportingEnsure media software is up to date and accurateInvoice processing and budget managementPoint of Contact with Timepieces team on integrated buysStrategyResponsible for Go-To-Market Campaign Launch Plans & Recap DecksMaintain timeline and departmental communicationsAnalyze overall campaign results and provide future recommendationsDistribution of 360 Campaign templates, guidelines, visual strategies and assets to marketsTraffic and manage local market briefsPartner with Management on annual marketing strategy deckJob QualificationsOver 8-10 years' relevant working experience in luxury or cosmetics business.Analytical thinking and strategic planning, necessary business acumen for decision makingStrong relationship management and interpersonal skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reportingComplex problem-solving Innovative and creative thinking (need fresh thinking)Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related disciplineExcellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
