As an early member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and driving innovation.Role Overview: We are seeking a Founding Product Engineer to join our Agents Team. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, who thrives in a 0-1 product development environment and can rapidly prototype, iterate, and build scalable solutions. As a core member of our founding team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including AI research, design, and product, to create game-changing products that leverage advanced foundation models.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end development of products from concept to deployment, focusing on rapid iteration and quick prototyping.Conduct User interviews and ask insightful questionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (AI researchers, designers, product managers) to define product vision, goals, and roadmaps.Design and develop robust, scalable, and flexible software solutions for AI-driven agents.Ship Backend and Frontend code. Quickly adapt to feedback and insights, implementing changes to improve product performance and user experience.Participate in strategic discussions to set technical and product direction, contributing to overall company vision and strategy.Build and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented codebases to support fast-paced development and scaling.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally in product-focused roles at startups or in entrepreneurial settings.Strong experience in building products from scratch (0-1), with a track record of iterating rapidly to improve functionality and user experience.Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, etc.) and experience with front-end and back-end technologies.Familiarity with deploying and scaling AI models in production environments.Deep understanding of product development cycles, user feedback loops, and iterative development processes.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Passion for AI, startups, and the potential to revolutionize industries through automation and AI-powered agents.Nice to Have:Prior experience working directly on agents, foundation models, or similar AI-driven products.Experience as a founding member of a startup or in another entrepreneurial role.Knowledge of deployment environments (e.g., cloud infrastructure, containerization, CI/CD pipelines).
